Can you work in an occupied building?
Yes. Most of our commercial work is in occupied hotels, apartments and campus buildings. Crews work during the day, each unit is masked and ventilated, low-odor products are available, and the unit is back in service in 24 to 48 hours. For occupied units, residents sign our Occupied Unit Release Form, which you can download here and send ahead.
How many units can you do in a day?

What does the warranty cover?
Every refinished surface carries a 5-year adhesion warranty: if the finish peels, we fix it. Crack repairs carry a 1-year warranty. The finish needs normal care: no abrasive or acidic cleaners, no suction-cup mats.
Can you match our brand color or design standard?
Yes. Ten stocked colors are included, and any Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore or Midwest Chemicals color can be ordered for a $150 special order charge.
Can you fix grab-bar holes and soft tub floors?
Yes. Mounting holes from relocated grab bars are filled and blended, and tub or shower floors that give underfoot are rebuilt with structural foam before refinishing.
