Privacy policy
The short version: we use what you send us to quote and schedule your job, and for nothing else. The longer version is below.
Who we are
Advanced Refinish LLC, 5800 Sierra Madre, Austin, TX 78759, (512) 452-4352. We refinish bathtubs, tile, showers, sinks and countertops in Austin and Central Texas. This policy covers advancedrefinish.com and the requests you send us through it.
What you send us
When you request a quote, you give us some or all of the following: your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, the surfaces that need work, a message, and any photos you attach. For a commercial request, also the property or company name, property type, number of units and timeline. Our server also records the page the request came from and the network address it came from, which we use only to stop spam.
When you call or text us, your phone number and the messages you send are kept on our business phone like any other conversation with a customer.
What we do with it
We use it to quote the job, schedule it, do the work, and keep a record of the job and its warranty. By sending a request you agree that we may text, call or email you about it. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the company except the services that run our website and email, described below.
Photos you send are used to quote and plan your job. We do not publish them without asking you first.
Where it is kept
Our website runs on Cloudflare. Quote requests and photos are stored in our Cloudflare account in the United States and forwarded by email to the people at Advanced Refinish who quote and schedule work. Only our staff can see them.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to quote the job and to keep records of work we have done and the warranty on it. If you would like us to delete a request or your photos, call or text (512) 452-4352 or use the contact form and we will.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons get used, including taps on the call and text buttons. Google Analytics sets cookies; you can block them in your browser and the site works the same. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets none. We do not run advertising pixels.
Things on the page from other companies
The map on the contact and areas pages comes from Google Maps, the typefaces come from Google Fonts, and the spam check on the forms comes from Cloudflare Turnstile. Each of those services receives your network address when the page loads, under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask what we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (512) 452-4352, or send a note through the contact form. You can also just call for a quote and skip the website entirely.
Children
This website is for adults arranging work on their homes and properties. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with the date at the top.
