Jetted tub refinishing and jet removal
When the jets quit, the water that’s left in the lines grows mold you can’t reach. Few companies will touch a jetted tub. We remove the jets, seal the holes and refinish the whole tub, and you end up with a clean soaking tub that has nothing behind the wall to grow mold.

Why jetted tubs go bad: mold in the lines you can’t clean
The jets stop circulating
A whirlpool tub pushes water through a pump and a loop of plastic lines behind the tub wall. When the pump dies or a line clogs, the water that’s trapped in those lines has nowhere to go.
Mold sets up in the lines
That standing water turns the lines into a place mold grows. Every time the tub is filled, some of it comes back out through the jets. Cleaning the tub doesn’t fix it, because the problem is behind the wall.
Few companies will repair them
Plumbers don’t like jetted tubs, pump parts for older models are hard to find, and replacing the tub means tearing out tile and a wall. Most homeowners end up living with a tub they won’t use.
The fix is simpler than replacing it
We take the jets out, fill and seal every hole with fiberglass, and refinish the entire tub. What you get back is a clean soaking tub in the color you choose, with no lines behind the wall to worry about. It’s done the same day, without tearing out tile or walls.

Common questions about jetted tub refinishing and jet removal
Can a jetted tub be converted to a regular tub?
Yes. We remove the jets, seal the holes with fiberglass and refinish the tub. The result is a plain soaking tub that looks and works like it was built that way.
Will the mold come back after the jets are removed?
No. The mold lives in the water trapped in the lines behind the tub wall. Once the jets are removed and sealed, nothing connects the tub to those lines.
Can you refinish a jetted tub and keep the jets working?
Yes, if the pump and jets still work. We mask the fittings and refinish the tub surface around them.
How long does jet removal take?
Usually one visit. The jets come out, the holes are sealed, and the tub is refinished the same day. It’s ready to use in 24 to 48 hours.
What about hot tubs and spa shells?
We repair and refinish those too, including large spa shells brought to our shop. See a recent one.
